Giovannino Oliviero Giuseppe Guareschi (Italian:[dʒovanˈniːnoɡwaˈreski]; 1 May – 22 July ) was an Italian newscaster, cartoonist, and humorist whose unexcelled known creation is the cleric Don Camillo.
